The newsletter deadline is always the Friday after the luncheon for inclusion in the newsletter of the following month.

Advertising order forms are inserted in every newsletter and should be filled out and mailed to the SWN post office box with payment and any artwork, etc.There is also an ad form you can download on this website.(See panel at left)

Ads must be paid for prior to publication.

There is a $20 minimum set-up fee for ads that are not camera ready.* Professional design is offered at a special rate for SWN members and may be negotiated with the newsletter editor. Ads designed by the SWN editor may not be reproduced without permission.

*The definition of a camera ready ad: ...a completed electronic file, paste-up or slick ready to be published. No type is to be set; no art is to be added or resized; no further treatment is needed.

No fax copies are permitted. The ad must conform to the size requirements as specified. Ads that have been published in other magazines or printed formats may be used, and should be supplied in digital format, but if re-sizing is required, it is not camera-ready and is subject to design fees.

Photos should be clear and clean original photos(no folded or bent photos); and no inkjet copies, please. If sending digital photos, use the medium setting on your camera: the small setting will be of too low resolution to be effective in print. Do not send photos from the Internet for the same reason.

Newsletters are published monthly and are avidly read by members and non-members alike. The Network News offers a GREAT opportunity for you to get your name in front of people.

For example, the News and Kudos column is your chance to toot your own horn. Let us know if you have recently received an award, special recognition, promotion, honor, changed jobs, etc. — any success you’d like to brag about! Share your good news with other members.

Advertising rates are listed below. They are also published monthly in the masthead section of the newsletter and in the roster. Advertising is accepted from members only. Design services are available from the Publications Editor at a nominal charge.

Digital files should be compressed using Stuffit or an equivilent compression program, or converted to PDF via Adobe Acrobat (or the PDF print setting in your production software) if transporting via the internet. Please, no files over 2 MB! Send the file as an attachment to: editor@stocktonwomensnetwork.org

You may also ship or deliver your ad on CD. Please email the editor at editor@stocktonwomensnetwork.org for address info.

All ads must be paid for in advance.There is a 20% discount for 6x rate and all ads must be paid for in advance at one time.
