Francine Poelstra was the featured speaker for SWN's July 1st meeting. She is the Executive Director of the Mediation Center of San Joaquin, a Conflict Resolution Specialist, Facilitator, and Trainer. Francine has been with the Mediation Center of San Joaquin since 2000, playing a key role in upgrading, creating and delivering programs and skills to help people deal with conflict resolution, and stress and anger management with clear communications.
