She consults with managers, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and all types of working professionals in the areas of: strategic business planning, marketing, sales, financial planning, business development. employee development, and work/life balance.
Her background is in marketing and sales and she holds dual business degrees in business administration and business management. She is a frequent guest speaker at business conferences, corporate functions, as well as executive symposiums for women business leaders. Ms. Perez is an accredited professional business and personal coach through the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching in New Jersey, and a member of the International Certification Federation for coaches.
Ms. Perez has coached some of the most respected company leaders, teams, and individuals in the nation. She dedicates much of her time to coaching and inspiring disadvantaged teenagers to focus on their strengths and develop life skills for a better future.
